By accessing or using the Atlas Connect website or platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients of Atlas Connect Solutions LLC.
Atlas Connect provides website design, marketing automation, reputation management, lead follow-up, and related digital services for local service businesses. The specific features and deliverables available to you depend on your selected plan. All plans are described on our Pricing page and in your service agreement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Atlas Connect immediately of any unauthorized use. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering and keep this information current.
Monthly plans are billed month-to-month. Annual plans are billed at a discounted rate for a 12-month term. By subscribing, you authorize Atlas Connect to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
Cancellation — Monthly Plans: You may cancel at any time with 30 days written notice. No further charges will be made after the final billing period.
Cancellation — Annual Plans: Annual plans may be cancelled, but remaining months in the term are non-refundable. The 60-day money-back guarantee applies to the first 60 days only.
60-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the Service within the first 60 days of your subscription, you may request a full refund. The guarantee does not apply to renewals, plan upgrades, or the Social Media Management add-on after the first billing cycle.
We charge no setup fees because we invest in building your website, copy, and automations upfront. To protect that investment while keeping costs low for you, we use a simple 6-month ownership timeline.
Your content is always yours. Anything you bring to Atlas Connect — your logo, photos, business name, and brand materials — remains your property at all times and is returned to you on request, regardless of when you cancel.
Your domain is always yours. We register or transfer domains in your name. Your domain is yours from day one.
Website design and creative assets — including page designs, copywriting, graphics, and automation configurations we build for you — are licensed to your account immediately for your full use. After 6 consecutive months of active subscription, full ownership of those assets transfers to you permanently.
If you cancel before 6 months: Your license to use Atlas Connect-created designs and automations ends at cancellation. You keep your domain, your customer data, and all content you provided. The custom design and automation work we built stays with Atlas Connect. This policy is what makes zero setup fees possible — we're not charging you upfront, so we retain the work until the relationship reaches the point where it's made sense for both sides.
All Atlas Connect platform software, tools, and proprietary systems remain the property of Atlas Connect Solutions LLC regardless of plan or subscription length.
You agree not to use the Service to send spam, harass customers, violate any laws, or engage in any activity that could harm Atlas Connect or its other clients. Atlas Connect reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate this policy.
Atlas Connect integrates with third-party platforms including but not limited to Jobber, ServiceTitan, and QuickBooks. Your use of these platforms is governed by their respective terms of service. Atlas Connect is not responsible for changes to third-party platforms that affect integrations.
Atlas Connect provides its services "as is" and makes no guarantees regarding search engine rankings, lead volume, or revenue outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Atlas Connect's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Greenville County, South Carolina.
Atlas Connect reserves the right to update these terms at any time. We will notify active clients of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
