Standard website hosting, SSL, deployment, and technical maintenance are included while your Atlas Connect subscription is active and are intended for normal local-business website traffic. High-traffic, media-heavy, abusive, automated, or unusually resource-intensive usage may require asset optimization, a custom hosting arrangement, migration to a more appropriate hosting setup, or additional fees. Atlas Connect may take reasonable steps to protect site performance, security, platform stability, and cost control.
By accessing or using the Atlas Connect website or platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients of Atlas Connect Solutions LLC.
Atlas Connect provides website design, marketing automation, reputation management, lead follow-up, and related digital services for local service businesses. The specific features and deliverables available to you depend on your selected plan. All plans are described on our Pricing page and in your service agreement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Atlas Connect immediately of any unauthorized use. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering and keep this information current.
Monthly plans are billed month-to-month. Annual plans are billed at a discounted rate for a 12-month term. By subscribing, you authorize Atlas Connect to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
Cancellation — Monthly Plans: You may cancel at any time with 30 days written notice. No further charges will be made after the final billing period.
Cancellation — Annual Plans: Annual plans may be cancelled, but remaining months in the term are non-refundable. The 60-day money-back guarantee applies to the first 60 days only.
60-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the Service within the first 60 days of your subscription, you may request a full refund. The guarantee does not apply to renewals, plan upgrades, or the Social Media Management add-on after the first billing cycle.
We charge no setup fees because Atlas Connect invests in building your website, copy, and automations upfront.
(a) Client Materials Anything you provide to Atlas Connect — including your logo, photos, videos, business name, business information, service descriptions, pricing, brand assets, customer data, and other materials you own — remains your property at all times. Your domain is always yours from day one.
(b) Atlas Connect Materials Atlas Connect retains all right, title, and interest in and to its pre-existing and underlying materials, systems, and methods used to create or deliver the Services. This includes templates, themes, icon sets and icons, reusable layouts, reusable sections, modules, components, code libraries, design systems, visual frameworks, workflow structures, automation architecture, software, proprietary tools, production methods, and know-how. These Atlas Connect Materials remain Atlas Connect property at all times, even if they are used in the website or deliverables created for you.
(c) License During Subscription The website, pages, copy, graphics, and other client-facing deliverables Atlas Connect creates for your business are licensed to you for your business use during an active subscription. This license allows you to use those deliverables for your own business operations and marketing while your subscription remains active.
(d) Continued Use Rights After Required Term For monthly plans, after 6 consecutive monthly payments, you receive a continued royalty-free license to use your client-facing website deliverables for your own business even if you later cancel. For annual plans, continued use rights are governed by the applicable annual agreement or order form. Any continued use right applies only to the client-facing website deliverables expressly licensed to you and does not include Atlas Connect Materials or service-dependent deliverables.
(e) No Transfer of Atlas Connect Materials No ownership of Atlas Connect Materials transfers to you at any time. Your continued use rights do not include ownership of Atlas Connect's templates, themes, icons, reusable sections, design systems, frameworks, code libraries, automation architecture, software, proprietary tools, or general methods.
Automations and service-dependent deliverables — including messaging workflows, AI chat or call handling, review request systems, inbox tools, integrations, hosted functionality, and ongoing managed support — are provided only during an active subscription unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement. Where applicable, client-facing website deliverables may be provided as exported site files or HTML-based website files.
You agree not to use the Service to send spam, harass customers, violate any laws, or engage in any activity that could harm Atlas Connect or its other clients. Atlas Connect reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate this policy.
Atlas Connect integrates with third-party platforms including but not limited to Jobber, ServiceTitan, and QuickBooks. Your use of these platforms is governed by their respective terms of service. Atlas Connect is not responsible for changes to third-party platforms that affect integrations.
Atlas Connect provides its services "as is" and makes no guarantees regarding search engine rankings, lead volume, or revenue outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Atlas Connect's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Greenville County, South Carolina.
Atlas Connect reserves the right to update these terms at any time. We will notify active clients of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
